Capcom announced today that it will be releasing its second multiplayer map pack for Lost Planet: Extreme Condition on Xbox 360 for download from the Xbox Live Marketplace on Friday, April 6. The map pack will include two new multiplayer levels: “Hive Complex,” an abandoned mine with twisting tunnels and bridges set on a war-blasted mountain side, and “Trial Point,” a modern day office complex featuring a photorealistic backdrop of a busy city center.

Capcom provided a handful of screenshots from the upcoming maps, showing off some of detailed visuals players will be able to expect. Lost Planet owners will be able to try out the new maps with up to sixteen other players over Xbox Live when the map pack hits on Friday. The pack will run Lost Planet fans 400 Microsoft Points (about $5 US).
