Welcome to Game Almighty, a videogame review, preview, feature, culture and community site created by gamers, for gamers. One of the many exciting aspects of Game Almighty is the ability for our readers to create their own My Base page and enjoy the many cool features it offers.

Unlike general community sites that have no focus, My Base is completely centered around the world of gaming. You'll be able to meet new friends, share interests, track blogs and even get experience points. Before you go diving into My Base, we thought we'd offer some pointers on how it works and how to get the most out of it.

First Things First

Before you can create a My Base page, you'll need to register an account, which is completely free. You can find that page here.

Now that you're a proud member of the Alliance, you're ready to start customizing your My Base page. Simply login to Game Almighty and press the My Base button, which you'll find at the top of the page.

You'll now see a new row of buttons that pertain to your My Base page, such as My Log, My Interests, etc. In order to start customizing your new home on the Internet, you should click the yellow Input button on the right-hand side of the navbar.

Submit Your Input

First thing you should do is click "Edit My Profile". Here you can select whether you're a good or evil superhero, enter a brief description of your hero identity and even add your Xbox Gamertag for all the world to see. Additionally, you can upload an image that will represent who you are as well as a Header Image that will be displayed at the top of your My Base page. Finally, you can enter a Bulletin, which will appear on your My Base page. You can use the Bulletin for whatever you want, like an announcement or your favorite quote. Let your imagination go crazy!

The Input button also allows you to input your own game reviews for all the world to read, as well as articles, editorials, log entries, interests and yes, even you own videos!

My Log

My Log simply keeps track of all of your log entries, listed in date order, much like a traditional blog. If you happen to read someone else's log that you find interesting, you can click the "Add Log to Favorites" and keep track of any new entries as they happen. You can use My Log for any number of things, like keeping your friends up-to-date on your gaming habits or detailing your superior Gears of War skillz.

My Interests

The My Interests page is where everyone will be able to find out what makes you...you. My Interests allows you to display your favorite music, television shows, books, hobbies, sports, games and anything else you feel is important, funny or interesting.

My Input

My Input is a simply a page that collects all of the various content that you've submitted to Game Almighty, including reviews, article and editorials. This allows you to know what you've contributed, as well as allowing visitors to your page to easily navigate your content.

My Passion

Like My Input, My Passion is an index of all videos you've uploaded to Game Almighty, whether they be gameplay videos or your own custom shows you want to share with the world.

My Games

As you navigate around Game Almighty and read reviews and previews, you'll notice a panel on the right-hand side of the site that allows you to tag games you're interested in or want in the future. Every time you express an interest in a particular title, your selections will appear on your My Games page.

Tracking

The Tracking tab allow you to see an index of all subjects you are tracking, including user logs, games, platforms, developers, authors, companies and technology.

Favorites

Have a favorite log or video you want to share with others? This is where your friends and visitors can find out what you think is cool. As you come across logs or videos you find particularly awesome, you can tag them as a favorite and this is the spot where they will appear.

My Friends

As you make friends at Game Almighty and invite your own friends to the site, this is the spot that lists all of your contacts for easy reference.
