Yes, you heard right. Unfortunately, the final chapter of Solid Snake, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, will encounter some minor changes in the game to fit into a 50 GB Blu-Ray disc. In a recent interview with Famitsu and translated by Kotaku, creator Hideo Kojima discusses the capacity issue, "We're still not satisfied with the quality we can do...There's not enough space. We always talked about where to cut and what to compress." Because of the space issue, there will no longer be a Japanese track in the American and European versions and there will not longer be an English track for the Japanese version.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots was originally scheduled for release Winter 2007, but was pushed back to add more improvement to the game. As of now, MG4 is still scheduled to release on June 12th, 2008.
