My interests change on a daily basis. One day I may be focused on the latest in Quantum Mechanics and the next I'm laughing at the misery of a fallen pop-star. I'm currently consuming the works of William S. Burroughs, my favorite writer, as some new material has surfaced since his demise that I find fascinating. That's him down below, looking his usual jovial self.

It's rare that I actually have time to play something I enjoy, but lately I've been trying to find more quality time with some indie games; specifically, Mount&Blade.

Gears of War
World of Warcraft
Crackdown
Retro
Amiga

I'm a complete movie snob. 99% of the films I see are either classics or foreign. I have a basic distaste for American movies, including independent movies, which have never been worse than they are right now.

Ingmar Bergman
Kubrick
De Sica
Welles
Hitchcock

As I am with movies, I am with music. If it can be heard on the radio, chances are that I'll hate it. I like eclectic material, something new and unique or old and revolutionary.

Laurie Anderson
Morphine
Zero 7
Tom Waits
Gotan Project
They Might Be Giants
The The
Half Japanese
Yello
Kraftwerk

Television sucks...unless it's a Firefly rerun or Rome.

Rome

I'm reading nothing but works by dead people, as peolpe who are alive don't seem to write so hot any more.

William Burroughs
Alexandre Dumas
David Brin
Robert Silverberg
Kurt Vonnegut

Gaming...and gaming.

I rank baseball as my #1 sport, followed by Basketball and Hockey. I despise Football.

Baseball
Hockey
Basketball

I'm counting down the days to MLB2K7. Am I setting myself up for disappointment or will 2K Sports satiate my unhealthy love for baseball? Guess I'll find out next Tuesday...
