The “Almighty Savage 2 – Challenge the Developers Contest” ("Contest") begins at 12:01 AM [PST] on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 (“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59 PM [PST] on Sunday, May 18th, 2008 ("Contest Period"). The Sponsor of this Contest is S2 Games ("Sponsor"). The administrator of this Contest is S2 Games and Game Almighty, LLC. ("Contest Administrator").

This Contest is open to anyone world wide who resides in a territory for which it is legal, and is of legal age to play an “M” rated PC title (or locally equivalent rating) at time of entry and who has internet access as of the Start Date. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within six months prior to the Start Date, held employment with or performed services for the Sponsor, Contest Administrator, or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, judging, advertisement or promotion of the Contest (collectively, "Contest Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family and household members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate Family" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. This Contest is void where prohibited by law.

During the contest period:

Step 2 – JOIN a Clan. Create or join an existing clan on the Savage 2 clan league at www.savage2clans.com.

Step 3 – JOIN GameAlmighty. If you don’t already have one, create a free account at www.GameAlmighty.com

Step 4 – MESSAGE Savage 2 at GameAlmighty.com.

The first clan to have ALL of its members go to GameAlmighty.com and send a message to Almighty Member: “Savage 2 Developers”, each identifying their Savage 2 nickname and clan name, will win the Clan Prize.

A second Clan Prize will be given by random drawing to another clan having had all of its members send a similar message to Almighty Member: “Savage 2 Developers”.

To enter the drawing for the 1st and 2nd prizes, individuals must send a similar message to Almighty Member: “Savage 2 Developers”, identifying their Savage 2 nickname and clan name. Clan Prize winners are automatically entered and eligible to win the 1st and 2nd prizes.

IMPORTANT: You must provide accurate contact information when creating your Membership Account in order for us to successfully contact you should you win.

Almighty Submission Requirements

• All members of the winning Savage 2 clan must have both an active GameAlmighty account, and a full active Savage 2 account.
  • They may also participate without a full Savage 2 account by registering for a clan at any iGames affiliated game center.
• All members of the winning clan must message GameAlmighty member: “Savage 2 Developers” each identifying their Savage 2 nickname (game handle) and clan name.
• Members must be of legal age to play “M” rated (or equivalently rated) PC titles in their respective territories.
• All members of the winning clan must be available to participate in a match against the S2 Games team within one (1) month of the termination of the Contest.

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM [PST] on Sunday, May 18th, 2008. Entrants must provide all information requested by Sponsors to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged or given to any third party.

All winners of the second Clan Prize and all winners of the First and Second prizes will be selected at random under the supervision of the Sponsor (“Lottery Panel”). Members of the Clan Prize winning clans will have an equal opportunity to be individually selected as the random winners of the First and Second prizes. All decisions of the lottery panel are final on all aspects of the Contest.

Clan Prize (2): Two “Clan Prize” wining clans will each be given the opportunity to play a Savage 2 game against Savage 2 developers, S2 Games. Additionally, each winning clan member will be given one (1) free boxed copy and gift account to give to a friend or family member. Estimated retail value of product per individual is $60.00. Value of the celebrity tournament is indeterminate. Winning the “Clan Prize” as a clan does not exclude individual entrants from the opportunity of winning one (1) of the additional prizes listed below.

First Prize (5): Five first prize winners will each receive free: one (1) boxed copy signed by the S2 Games development team; one (1) Savage 2 account to give away; one (1) WolfKing Xxtreme Gaming Keyboard; one (1) S2 Games t-shirt; and one (1) GameAlmighty t-shirt. Estimated retail value of each first prize is $160.00.

Second Prize (10): Ten second prize winners will each receive free: one (1) Savage 2 gift account; ten (10) in-game item scratchers; and one (1) free GameAlmighty t-shirt. Estimated retail value of each second prize is $60.00.

Total value of the promotion is $2,480.00, in addition to an indeterminate value of the celebrity tournament. Any use of or promotion of the “Almighty Savage 2 - Challenge the Developers Contest”, resulting tournament, recorded footage, clan names, or any other materials of reasonable relation are at the sole discretion of GameAlmighty and S2 Games. All prizes will be conditioned upon the respective winner(s) consenting in writing to any and all agreements and/or contractual releases deemed legally necessary by Sponsor or Contest Administrator, for fulfillment of the respective prize(s). Sponsor disclaims any responsibility for any occurrence resulting in inability to fulfill the Almighty Submission inclusion element of the prize. The Clan Prize winners and all other winners will not be compensated in any way should their respective elements of the prize be deemed infeasible of delivery. All other prizes will be awarded. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded, provided, however, that if prizes are awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize winners cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No cash or prize substitution is allowed, except at the discretion of Sponsor. Winners will be responsible for all taxes, including income taxes, or fees due on the prizes awarded. Other restrictions may apply.

The second winning Clan will be selected during a Lottery selection conducted by the Lottery Panel on or about October 10, 2007. All prize winners will be notified by the e-mail address they posted on their Membership application, on or about October 15, 2007. Selected winners will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within 72 hours of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sponsor will select an alternate winner based on the stated Judging Criteria. Clan Prize winners will be required to verify address and to execute before a notary public and return within seven (7) days an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues, unless prohibited by law. Prizes will not be awarded until all such properly executed and notarized forms are returned.

Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Judging Panel, Sponsor and the Contest Administrator, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Contest and/or by accepting any prize that they may be awarded, entrants agree to release the Sponsor, Judging Panel, and Contest Administrator; their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Entrants also grant Sponsor a perpetual, fully-paid, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, otherwise use, and permit others to use and perform throughout the world their entry materials in any manner, form, or format now or hereinafter created, including on the internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising or promotion of Sponsor and their respective services, all without further consent from or payment to you. The Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at their sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Released Parties shall not have any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Contest, and reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. Released Parties may prohibit you from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Released Parties’ representatives. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred. The winner is required to verify proper and legal picture identification and Social Security number within 30 days of notification of winning the contest prize. The winner may forfeit any and all winnings if verification cannot or has not been made within 30 days. Upon proper verification, the contest prize will be mailed to winner's mailing address within seven (7) business days of Game Almighty’s receipt of verification and social security number.

The winner must supply Game Almighty with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, telephone number and social security number. None of this contact information will be disclosed to any other person or entity.

The winner may not request a substitution of prize winnings. If, however, the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Game Almighty may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

Any personal information supplied by you to GameAlmighty will be subject to Game Almighty's Privacy Policy posted at www.GameAlmighty.com. By entering the Contest, you grant Game Almighty permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the corresponding Contest Entities, and you are automatically registered as a member of Game Almighty’s interactive web site and subject to its Privacy Policy posted at www.GameAlmighty.com. As a result, you may receive additional email communication or promotions from the Sponsor as any of their members would. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than the Contest Entities.
